Following the successful evaluation of the ADAPT4EE research project and its establishment as the flagship of EC’s research activities in the domain of ICT for Energy Efficiency, Hypertech was invited to make a keynote presentation in the CIB W078-W102 Joint World Conferences on Information Technology in Construction and Information and Knowledge Management in Building, which will take place in Sophia-Antipolis, Nice, France on October 26th-28th, 2011.

Hypertech has been recently awarded with a new project contract with the European Commission, as one of the main partners of an international consortium comprised of renowned academic and industrial organizations. The ViPi (Virtual portal for Impaired GrouPs Interaction) project (co-funded by the European Commission under the LLL Programme) started in January 1st 2011 and has duration of 36 months. Hypertech is one of the main technological partners of the consortium which is comprised of Steficon (Greece), PhoenixKM (Belgium), VŠĮ HITECO (Lithuania), Nottingham Trent University (United Kingdom) and G.M Eurocy Innovations (Cyprus).

HYPERTECH participates in an R&D consortium , which was awarded a four year contract by EU , aiming to develop a new enviroment and tools for software development based on Virtual Reality technologies. The project named "VERITAS" ( Virtual and Augmented Environments and Realistic User Interactions to achieve Embedded Accessibility Designs) with a budget of 8 mil euros will be implemented by a consortium of 32 european organisations, among them R&D centers, universities and companies.

Hypertech has delivered succesfully the portal (observatory.eommex.gr ) for the National Greek Observatory for Small and Medium Enterprises. The project of 15 month duration and budget of 607.000 € include the development of the portal and Business Intelligence tools for the data analysis for thousands of Small and Medium Enterprises in Greece.

HYPERTECH delivered large scale digitization of high quality collection items owned by the State Museum of Contemporary Arts in Thessaloniki, Greece. In parallel HYPERTECH delivered the portal of the Museum along with educational interactive CDs. The 800.000 € project lasted 12 months.
