Senior Research Project Manager - Athens

In HYPERTECH S.A we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team of senior R&D project managers, which drives a series of state-of-the-art EU-funded R&D projects in the fields of Information Technology and Communications. Our projects span a number of sectors, verticals and technologies including circular Economy, Sustainability, Creative Technologies, Data Analytics, and Visualization, Artificial Intelligence and Fintech, 5G Networks&Apps.

As a member of our senior team you will contribute to the management of research projects, and you will have a position in our proposal development team, which is responsible for identifying new research directions, generating new project ideas and orchestrating proposal setup.

•  An advanced (PhD/MSc) degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering/Science or Telecommunications (PhD will be considered a plus)
• Proven record (2+ years) in successful proposal preparation & management of National and/or EU-funded R&D projects (having worked as member of an academic research team/lab will be considered a plus)
• Demonstrable access to academic and industrial partners across Europe and proven ability to establish multi-partner consortia
• Ability to align innovation results with business growth opportunities
• Background in Data Analytics, Machine Learning / AI technologies will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
